Referral Commission Levels
Our referral program provides commission opportunities across
multiple referral levels. Eligible users can earn up to 12% from
qualifying direct referral deposit activity, while an additional
5% commission may be available from the applicable secondary
referral level. Commission eligibility and rates are subject to
the active referral program rules.
First Withdrawal Requirement
Before making your first withdrawal, you must purchase at least
one available paid trade or qualifying paid trading product.
This requirement applies to the first withdrawal only and is used
as part of our account activity and verification process.
💸 Standard Withdrawal Fee
A 12% withdrawal fee applies to standard withdrawal requests.
The applicable fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount or
otherwise applied according to the withdrawal process shown
before confirmation.
⏱️ Early Withdrawal Fee
If a user requests another withdrawal within 15 days of their
previous withdrawal, a 20% withdrawal fee applies instead of the
standard 12% fee. The 15-day period is calculated from the date
of the user's most recent completed withdrawal.
Withdrawal Fee Example
For example, if a withdrawal request is $100 and the applicable
withdrawal fee is 12%, the fee is $12 and the remaining amount
after the fee is $88. If the withdrawal is made within 15 days
of the previous withdrawal, the 20% fee would apply instead,
subject to the platform's current withdrawal rules.
